Brandi is a graduate student in the Instructional Technology Ed.S. program at the University of Montevallo. She has eight years of  teaching experience in Career and Technical Education. Currently, she teaches Culinary Arts at the Career and Technical Education Center for Shelby County Schools in Alabama.

Brandi holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary and Hospitality Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and a Masters of Education degree in Secondary Education. She was named an ELITE educational leader integrating technology by the Shelby County Schools Technology Department.

Above all, Brandi believes that technology should be embraced in the classroom to make learning more personable, interesting, and engaging for today’s learners.
